Mussel Shot
A crumbed and marinated mussel, fried to golden brown, set atop a small shot of our in-house creamy mussel sauce and finished with Gremolata.
Classic French Onion
Done the classic way, so you know what the fuss is about. Topped with a cheese-drenched crouton and baked.
Peruvian-style Ceviche
Fresh Namibian Hake, marinated in lime, coriander and chillies, served with a black bean salsa and grilled baby corn.
Filet en Croûte
Tender beef fillet, seared in black pepper and Dijon mustard, in a delicate pastry, with caramelised red baby onions and a pomegranate Demi.
Stroopwafel Cheesecake
Blowfish’s rich, baked cheesecake with a base of Dutch caramel waffle, topped with whipped coconut-caramel cream.

About June’s Menu
Same Name. Nothing Like You Remember.
The dishes below will look familiar. That’s intentional. Our kitchen has taken five classics – the kind of names you’ve seen on menus your whole life – and rebuilt them from the ground up. Same titles, completely different thinking. What arrives at your table is something recognisable in name only, each course reworked with precision ingredients, considered technique, and a pairing in mind. Expect the comfort of the familiar, and the surprise of something you haven’t quite had before.
“Shrimp Cocktail”
Fried prawn cracker topped with a grilled prawn croquette, Kewpie mayo and sun-dried tomato
“Minestrone”
A silky-smooth roast tomato and vegetable soup with roasted vegetable ciabatta and crispy fried rice noodles
“Club Sandwich”
A well-known classic turned into a salad – Romaine Caesar base topped with shaved smoked chicken, candied bacon and slivers of Melba Toast
“Fish & Chips”
Smoked and grilled monkfish tail with a herb and pepper crust, twice-fried Pommes Anna, green pea and mint puree, and a “Tartare” Hollandaise
“Chocolate Brownie”
Rich and moist chocolate brownie with a layered Banoffee mousse ice cream and plantain powder
